The E-Series Dia-Vac® pump is the highest capacity pump ever offered by ADI in our 41 year history. Providing optimum response time, with minimal maintenance. The newest addition to our line of ultra high quality diaphragm pumps is available with UL/CSA, ATEX, IECEx, and GOST Explosion proof options, as well as General Purpose. RVA-Series Dia-Vac® | 3 torr

Meet our RVA-Series Dia-Vac®. The highest quality vacuum pumps on the market. You will find the RVA-Series Dia-Vac® pumps to be extremely reliable and quiet with minimal vibration. Available with General Purpose, Explosion proof, Air Driven, TEFC, and DC motor options. Ultimate vacuum to 3 torr (29.9 InHg) in quad head configuration or 20 torr (29.1 InHg) in double head series configuration.

Heated Head Dia-Vac® Pump Options

Heated Head options are available on the entire line of Dia-Vac® pumps up to a maximum of 400° F / 200° C. Using electrical heaters cartridges with either a thermocouple or fixed thermostatic temperature options, the heated head Dia-Vac® can help alleviate moisture condensation with the pump head. ADI also offers extended or elevated head options to allow you the option of placing the head directly into a heated compartment while the motor remains at ambient temperatures. Dia-Vac® pumps with Double Diaphragm option

The double diaphragm system increases safety when sampling expensive or extremely hazardous gases. Should the primary diaphragm fail, the secondary diaphragm keeps the sample flow intact. The 1/8" NPT port connection allows the user to add a pressure gauge and/or leak detection system and alarm. The detection system monitors the diaphragm for failure analysis and assures system integrity until maintenance can be performed.

Dia-Vac® pumps with DC Motor Options

Our entire line of Dia-Vac® pumps are available with brushless DC motors offering extended motor life with low current draw, less noise, light weight, portability, variable speed controlled options and remote speed control options. Maximum Performance: 0-100 LPM, 0-28”Hg, 0-50 PSIG.
